will present the area's first
Mental Health First Aid Training
on March 7, 14 and 21, 2013
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Similar to First Aid and CPR, Mental Health First Aid helps those experiencing mental health problems
before they can get professional help and support. The 12-hour course, presented in 3 four-hour sessions, will
improve mental health literacy and help people identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness. There is no fee
for this set of classes. For more information as well as registration,

join the 5th annual Santa Clarita Century Ride & Expo on Saturday,
March 30. Proceeds will benefit Child & Family Center.
In
addition to the 100, 50 and 25 mile bike rides, there will be a 6 mile
family ride for riders of all ages! There will also be entertainment and
food trucks for everyone to enjoy! Bring the whole family to
