On this episode of “Points of Interest,” producer Philip Scorza takes a tour of Rancho Camulos with Ann Reinders not long after the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, which heavily damaged the 19th-century structures on the property – once owned by the Del Valle family and after 1924 by Ann’s family, the Rubels. Most of the buildings were stabilized between 1997 and 2001. Full restoration is an ongoing process.
