The traveling Vietnam Wall is in Santa Clarita and will be at the Westfield Valencia Town Center for the next four days.
A crew of volunteers welcomed the wall and finished erecting the 360-foot-long display Thursday morning.
Ceremonies officially kick off tonight with the reading of more than 58,000 names.
Examples the community’s patriotism are visible throughout the Town Center.
Walk through the mall and you’ll see balloons, flags, and seven unique Purple Heart banners designed by local artists.
These art pieces hanging from the ceiling between Macy’s and Sears, depict military or Vietnam-inspired themes.
This is part one of two. Part two will come at a later date.
