In her first-ever appearance on “SCV Newsmaker of the Week,” state Sen. Fran Pavley, D-Agoura Hills, tells us a bit about herself and gives her perspective on the Bay-Delta plan, the problem of chloride, and a few other things. Pavley is in her second term in the state Senate, but it’s the first time she has represented part of the SCV. About half of our valley was added to her district in 2012.
