Santa Clarita city officials are set to discuss a controversial billboard proposal this week, which could be the final time the large signs are discussed in City Hall.

It’s almost time for the 21st annual Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival, hosted at Melody Ranch on Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27.
