Two Hart District administrators will be taking the helm at Valencia and West Ranch High Schools this summer, following the retirement of the schools’ current principals.

Deputies have had their hands full with billboard disputes that led to three arrests this week.

Parents who have their children enrolled in before and after school child care in public Santa Clarita Valley schools on the west side will feel a slightly greater strain on their wallet next year.

Cal Arts Students who created art out of materials found at a landfill were awarded $8,000 in scholarships this week.
