An alleged road rage incident left one woman fighting for her ability to see over the weekend, and another man arrested on a Mayhem charge.

Many of those responsible for the existence of the city of Santa Clarita, as well as longtime volunteers, officials and residents, gathered at Hart Park on Friday to honor the many contributions of Connie Worden-Roberts.

California March for Democracy protesters passed through Santa Clarita on Monday as part of their 37-day, 480-mile journey to reach the state’s capital on foot.
