The Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center is set to receive more than $160,000 this year to provide Supportive Services such as case management and adult day care to local seniors.

The Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center released the 2014-15 season lineup, bringing some pretty big names into the Santa Clarita Valley.

A Santa Clarita Valley woman who was arrested in February on animal cruelty charges, pleaded no contest and was sentenced to one year in jail on Tuesday.

A patrol looking for curfew and narcotics violations resulted in 11 tickets Friday night in an operation that ended up going into the early morning hours of Saturday.

The Hart Trails Program Has teamed up with the City and the U.S. Forest Service to give students an opportunity to join the workforce, many for the first time.

Television viewers can catch the SCV NewsBreak on SCVTV at the top of every hour from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., repeating the following morning at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.
