A convicted Sex offender living in Santa Clarita was arrested Friday during the Sheriff Department’s annual Operation Safe Halloween.

The District Attorney’s Office is set to retry the lone member of the “Halloween trio” who was not found guilty of charges brought against the three then-teens accused in a Halloween murder in Canyon Country three years ago.
