Prosecutors plan to arraign a Saugus man accused of kidnapping a 3-year-old from her Newhall home. A Redlands woman who was killed in a Rowher Flats rollover crash on Saturday and a man who was found dead in the Santa Clara River have both been identified. Santa Clarita’s film office saw an 8 percent increase in film permits issued in 2014 over 2013. Santa Clarita officials Tuesday are expected to continue the city’s facilities agreement with College of the Canyons as part of Santa Clarita’s 21-point plan to promote business. In sports, the 2015 Foothill league basketball season gets underway Tuesday night, and once again SCVTV will be broadcasting games on the channel and SCVTV.com.
