I think what they are implying is the Starbucks Card will lead to the perp who stole more then the Starbucks card. He was just stupid enough to use and they were smart enough to trace it. It’s poorly stated.

It all adds up, and the victim lost approx. $1300 in “stuff” not just a Starbucks card, and if he is the actual cockroach thief, he shouldnt be wondering the streets
