Local detectives are asking for help to identify a possible “Starbucks Card Bandit”

  8. I think what they are implying is the Starbucks Card will lead to the perp who stole more then the Starbucks card. He was just stupid enough to use and they were smart enough to trace it. It’s poorly stated.
