A 60-year-old man allegedly armed with a knife stole items from a Goodwill Store in Stevenson’s Ranch on Thursday afternoon.

The Acton man who was found guilty of multiple counts of rape has been sentenced to 102 years in state prison.

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Deputies are in need of the community’s help.

A $600,000 grant was approved by county supervisors on Wednesday.

L.A. County Supervisors agreed in a 3 to 2 vote Tuesday, to make it possible for people with criminal backgrounds to qualify for section 8 housing but not for county housing.
