A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy was killed in a crash on San Francisquito road late Wednesday night. The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station cracked down on pedestrian safety laws on Thursday afternoon. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood and thunder storm warning for Thursday night. Santa Clarita residents stopped, dropped and covered on Thursday morning to prepare for disasters. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and multiple businesses around the valley are honoring that with special deals.
