Organizers of the Amgen Tour of California, returning May 15-22, 2016, are scheduled to release details of this year’s race route Thursday, Jan. 28. The Tour will travel nearly 800 miles through San Diego, South Pasadena, Santa Clarita, Thousand Oaks, Santa Barbara
