Jan. 27: VHS Athlete Competes in 4 Events; New Business Leader for Saugus Schools

The Santa Clarita City Council imposed a 45 day moratorium on senior mobile home park conversions Tuesday evening.

In other action, the council voted to name the cross-valley connector to “Santa Clarita Veterans Parkway” in honor of the 10,000 servicemen and women who live here.

Deputy Curtis Foster was also named “Deputy of the Year” by the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station during the meeting.
