April 26: Fatal Crash, Centennarian Honored, Drum Icon Dies

Two men were killed and another is in critical condition after their car struck a power pole in Newhall early Tuesday morning.

Drumming icon and founder and CEO Remo, Inc. Remo Belli died Monday due to complications from pneumonia.

Hundred-year-old Doreetha Daniels was honored Tuesday morning by the Los angeles County Board of Supervisors in celebration of her birthday.

Equipment repairs and maintenance on Castaic Lake earlier this month have left Pyramid Lake temporarily closed to boaters due to low water levels.
