Preparing for emergency situations often includes plenty of practice drills, but for kids participating in the summer camp “SafetyTown,” emergency preparedness is fun.

Kids not only learned how to be prepared in earthquakes and fires, but also learned about traffic laws, pedestrian safety, and water safety.

Instead of only teaching drills, SafetyTown’s organizers gave participants interactive settings that allowed them to learn about different situations and have fun at the same time.
