The man who struck and killed a 14 year old Saugus boy was sentenced to 60 days in jail on Monday. More birds have been infected with the West Nile virus in Santa Clarita, officials announced Monday. Residents who suffered losses at the hand of the Sand Fire were able to go Hart Park over the weekend to start moving forward. Sometimes just saying a simple thank you just doesn’t feel like enough. So a local group of students came up with a better idea to honor their peers. Rio 2016 is looking good so far in terms of two Santa Clarita locals.
