August 9, 2016: Canyon Country Shooting; Teen Drivers; more

The city of Santa Clarita might be paying for the death of a 14-year-old boy who was struck and killed a year ago while crossing a Saugus intersection.

A late night shooting in Canyon Country has prompted local law enforcement to search for a man with a handgun.

Summertime means long days and warm nights. It also is prime time for teen drivers to apply for their licenses.

Now turning to some more lighthearted news – if you want to help out a local nonprofit but still have some fun the Child and Family Center will be hosting a Bunco bash on August 18.
