Deputies have released surveillance camera footage of the deadly hit and run that happened on Sunday evening near the Polynesian Mobile Home Park, hoping to gather more information on this fatal collision. L.A. county issued a warning on Tuesday against the use of a synthetic cannabinoid drug, known as Spice.
