CREEPY CREATURES– Library News: During lunch this Thursday, October 27th, the library will be presenting a Brown Bag Presentation called “Creepy Creatures.” Live animals from the Placerita Nature Center will be creeping about the library. You’ll learn all about the local critters that live in our valley. You may bring your lunch and eat in the library for this special event. Free tickets are available from your Life Science Teacher.

POSTER CONTEST– Attention both 7th and 8th graders. All students are invited to vote for their favorite poster in the 8th Grade Poster Contest until November 4th. The 40 finalists are on display in our library. See Mrs. Fulleman for a ballot. Your input is needed, so stop by and vote today!

STUDENT STYLE SECTION– Hey Plainsmen! We are looking for both seventh and eighth grade students to model for the Student Style section of the 2017 Sierra Vista Yearbook. We are looking for both girls and guys. If you are comfortable in front of a camera and want to represent fashionable trends here at Sierra Vista, we are having a meeting in Room 301 at lunch TODAY, Wednesday, October 26, in Room 301.
