A flash flood warning has been issued for the Santa Clarita Valley. Bridge to Home Homeless Shelter got revamped by volunteers from the local Lowes store. Creepy creatures took over Sierra Vista Junior High’s Library for a presentation given by Placerita Nature Center. College of the Canyons Canyon Country campus hosted an open house on October 26 to mark the opening of the college’s second MakerSpace Facility. Going to jail isn’t supposed to be fun, but on Sunday – that all changes with the return of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station’s Haunted Jailhouse. Television viewers can catch the SCV NewsBreak on SCVTV at the top of every hour from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., repeating the following morning at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. SCVTV runs on Time Warner Cable Channel 20 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99, and streaming on SCVTV.com.
