The 2017 ARTree Speaker Series kicked off with the founders of Santa Clarita Valley Adventure Play, Jeremiah Dockray and Erica Larsen-Dockray.

SCV Adventure Play gives kids of all ages free, unstructured, self-directed play, meant to benefit young (and old) minds in many ways.

In this lecture, the Dockrays discuss the history of playwork and adventure play, the present and the future of this creative, freeing approach to play.
