Government: Informational Meeting on Quagga Mussel

Informational meeting regarding the discovery of Quagga Mussel in Pyramid Lake and what is being done to stop the spread of it. The County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, California Department of Water Resources and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife hosted the meeting to discuss the Quagga Mussel and what the State of California and the County of Los Angeles are doing to stop the spread of this invasive species. Q&A session followed a presentation on the Quagga Mussel; audience members were able to direct their questions to representatives from the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, California Department of Water Resources and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
