The Chiquita Canyon Landfill operator has said for the second time that it does not have to cut dumping fees for trash generated within the city of Santa Clarita. Castaic Union School District announced the provisional appointment to fill a vacancy on the board. Students from primary schools to high schools showed off their artistic side. 12 science teachers from the Hart School District were chosen to participate in NASA’s Airborne Astronomy Ambassadors program. College of the Canyons previewed the 2017 Media Day happening Saturday.
