SAFE SCHOOL AMBASSADORS- Safe School Ambassadors have a meeting today, Wednesday, March 1st, at lunch in the MPR. Please bring your food and arrive on time so we can start right away. Also, please don’t forget to sign in with Mrs. Flaherty or Mr. Drabinski for attendance purposes. Looking forward to a great meeting as usual!

MATH CLASS AFTER SCHOOL- Mr. Nauman’s after school math class will meet today, Wednesday, March 1, from 2:15 to 3:15, in Portable 620. See you there.

Mustangs Students of the Month- Congratulations to Kayla Bowens and Rebecca Solis. Kayla is always outgoing, has a positive attitude, and a great help with her fellow students.  Thank you for helping others learn. Rebecca is doing an amazing job this year, it is obvious she is motivated to achieve success.  Keep up the great work!

TEAM GOLD RUSH- Team Gold Rush congratulates our Gold Medal Students of the week for the Week of February 27, 2017 Shirin AlBaghdadi- Shirin has an excellent attitude towards learning and is a pleasure to have in the classroom! She’s also responsible, kind-hearted, caring and an all-around good human being. We are so lucky to have her on our team.  Estefany Gomez comes to class every day with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. She’s a stellar writer and loves to learn about HISTORY. She’s an asset to team Gold Rush!

CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES- Today in clubs and activities the rubix cube club will be meeting in room 401, the yoyoers will be meeting in room 902 and the tutors chess club will be meeting in room 1001. All these clubs will be meeting at lunch. Mrs. Mowrys Reading Writing workshop will be meeting from 2:15-3:15. Finally, the canyon high tutors will be meeting in the library from 2:15-3:15 pm.

TOPPER’S PIZZA-Sierra Vista is having a TOPPERS PIZZA fundraiser today from 3:30pm to 10pm.  Bring a flyer, or just mention SV Electives department… and TOPPERS will donate funds to our school.  You can get a flyer from your Elective teacher, or print one here.  Your Elective teachers appreciate your support!!
