OPEN HOUSE- Come join us for Open House this Thursday March 23, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm to show your parents all the hard work you’ve done this year. We will be having entertainment for younger siblings in the quad as well as choir and band. and our Creative Culinary class will be providing snacks.

PENNY WARS!- Hey Sierra Vista, our final turn in day for Penny Wars is TOMORROW, March 22nd, at brunch in the quad. Remember–pennies are NEGATIVE points and silver change and bills/checks are POSITIVE points. Checks should be made to the “Leukemia and Lymphoma Society” with the team name written on the check. The team that earns the most positive points per student gets a pizza party!!! Let’s help kids with blood cancers and make a difference, Sierra Vista!

INTERESTED IN ADVANCED ART?- Any 7th grade student who is interested in taking Advanced Art next year as their elective needs to apply NOW! Either come by the art room – room 1206 to pick up an application, or print it off of the Sierra Vista website. Go to the STUDENTS pull-down menu and click on “Current 7th graders”. The deadline is March 31st.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR!- Hello Plainsmen. Be sure to visit our SV Library’s Scholastic Book Fair. You can shop in person and online from a link on our Library’s website. If you order online, your items will be delivered for free to Sierra Vista for you to pick up. Also, the first 50 students to buy a book at our fair will receive a free “Read” bracelet. Enjoy your shopping!
