Four teams from the SCV Sheriff’s Station and another from L.A. County’s Probation Department conducted nearly two dozen probation searches early Tuesday.

Saugus Union School District’s West Creek Academy has received the title of 2016 Honor Roll school.

The city of Santa Clarita will begin to replace the pedestrian bridge that crosses McBean Parkway between Gamble House Court and Arroyo Park Drive.

The 2017 summer reading program hosted by the Santa Clarita Public Library begins Monday, June 12 and runs through July 29.

Monday’s air quality advisory was extended through Tuesday, giving caution to sensitive individuals who could be affected by it.
