Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s newest additions to its Wound Care Clinic are two hyperbaric oxygen chambers to treat patients suffering from problem wounds brought by conditions such as diabetes mellitus and arterial disease.

The treatment involves a patient breathing 100 percent oxygen while inside a pressurized hyperbaric chamber.
