The city of Santa Clarita and the County of Los Angeles each presented checks of $350,000 to Habitat for Humanity SFV, SCV–now Homes 4 Families–to support the Santa Clarita CalVet Residential Enriched Neighborhood on Thursday, September 21, 2017.

The Santa Clarita CalVet REN consists of 78 homes exclusively for veterans and their families. Habitat for Humanity SF/SCV and CalVet teamed up to provide affordable housing for veterans and the Santa Clarita CalVet REN is the largest of four developments the groups have created.
