The Great Escape Gala was hosted by the Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita Valley in March 2017 to help raise awareness and funds for domestic violence survivors. The event highlights the reality of many victims -- to have a suitcase packed and ready to flee. Local artists created suitcases based on stories from survivors.
