21-year-old Alexia Cina of Canyon Country was arrested Wednesday in connection with the death of a mother of six children in a head-on crash on Golden Valley Road on October 6.

The Santa Clarita History Bear was unveiled at the Old Town Library in Newhall on Wednesday afternoon.

Deputy Dmitry Barkon, who currently serves at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station was recognized for his bravery at the 2017 Medal of Honor Awards.
