One year ago, former Carousel Ranch “Ready to Work” student James “Jimmy” Boone was not interested in working in the restaurant industry.

Now, one year later, Boone is more than ready to work: he is thriving in his job at Wolf Creek Restaurant in Valencia.

Two more students were in the same position Boone was one year ago, job shadowing employees at Wolf Creek Restaurant.

This kicked off the Ranch’s “Carousel Wishes and Valentines Kisses” fundraiser, which will happen all February and will help raise money to support both the “Ready to Work” program and the equestrian therapy programs offered by the Ranch.
