BOOKMARK CONTEST WINNERS – Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 7th Grade Bookmark Contest. This is the 20th anniversary of this annual event. In first place is Laileana Metz for her depiction of the book “The Girl with the Silver Eyes”; second place is Kaiya Oakley for “Coraline”; third place is Maddeline Martinez for “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”; fourth place is Kieu Nguyen for “The Shadows”; and fifth place is Kaitlin delaFin for “Between Shades of Grey.” The five honorable mentions are Kasey Sasahara, Anthony Martinez, Sammi Trainer, Sophia Maybin, and Briana McCoy. Their designs will be on display at Barnes and Noble in Valencia, starting March 30th through April 12th.
