Volleyball: This years October intramural sport is Volleyball. During lunch in October we will be holding a round robin style tournament, with the winning team receiving medals. Each team can have up to 8 players, with 6 being on the field at a time. You can form a team with your friends or sign up as a free agent and be placed on a team. Go to the Sierra Vista homepage and under News and Announcements click on the link to sign up. If you have any question please see Mr. Drabinski. The last day to sign up will be Friday October 5th.  

Hidden Talents: Do you have any hidden talents you would like to show off on Sierra Vista Life? If you do please come to room 1002, this Friday at lunch, to show off your epic, amazing talents.

Cancer Awareness Month: October is Cancer Awareness MONTH, and Sierra Vista has teamed up with LEE Denim Jeans in support of Cancer research!  

Starting Wednesday October 3rd, we will be collecting minimum donations of $5 from any staff member &/or student who wants to support this worthy cause.  Every $5 donation equals 1 hour of service, if you need service hours for a school club/team, but anyone can donate in order to show their support! Each donation comes with a pink bracelet, and all money raised from this event will be donated to the American Cancer Society!  

Lawn Repairs: Due to emergency lawn maintenance and repair, the Quad grass will be off limits starting today and continue for the next few weeks. Please do not cross through CAUTION TAPED OFF areas. Sorry for the inconvenience. FUN FRIDAYS continue at another location on campus.

Fun Friday: Come to the outdoor Stage this Friday for Fun Friday! We will be playing some “spooktacular” Halloween-themed movie trivia. If you answer some of the trivia correctly, you get candy!
