Lee Denim Day: This is the last week to turn in any donations for Lee Denim Day which supports the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Marsh and Mrs. Henry will be collecting minimum donations of $5 from anyone who wants to support this worthy cause today at brunch; otherwise, donations can be turned in at room 106 and 305. Each donation comes with a pink bracelet, and all money raised from this event will be donated to the American Cancer Society!  

DFY in SCV Project: DFY in SCV is participating in the Thirst Project starting October 17th through November 2nd. We are collecting recyclable plastic water bottles in labeled bins that will be placed around campus. You can also drop off your empty plastic water bottles in room 305. Check out this video about the Thirst Project.

Fun Friday: Come out to the outdoor stage October 19th for Fun Friday! There will be music and a special Halloween pumpkin painting activity. Sign up in room 1002 in groups of 2-3 to participate. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Terranova in room 1002.

Spirit Week: This week is spirit week. Today is ” “wear your future college or high school shirt.” Tomorrow is “Lee Denim Day,” so please wear a pink or white shirt with jeans to support breast cancer awareness. ASB will be coming around to give participants candy during “B” and “C” period classes.

Mountasia Night: DFY in SCV Mountasia Night is this Friday, 10/19 from 6 to 9:30 pm. The cost is $20 if you show the flier at the door. You can access the flier from the SV website.  

Spirit Points: Here are the current standings for spirit points based on team events that have occurred so far this year. The team that earns the most spirit points gets their name engraved on the spirit plaque!

Clubs and Activities: Today in Clubs and Activities we have the trading card club in room 101, the video game club in room 623, the fitness club in the fitness center after school, and volleyball intramurals on the PE fields.
