Intramural Activities: This month’s intramural activities are board games! Come to room 1002 during lunch any day of the week to play games such as Taboo, Scene It, Sorry, Uno, 5 Second Rule, Headbandz, Apples to Apples Jr., and more! If you would like to bring a game to play, that works too! We hope to see you there.

Artwork for “Many Families, One Community”: If you created artwork for the “Many Families, One Community” art showcase, please turn it into the office by the end of the day tomorrow.

Honor Society: Are you interested in applying for Honor Society?  Do you need help looking up your grades, and/or accessing the online application? Stop by room 106 at lunch on Tuesday Jan 22, where Mrs. Marsh will be available to answer questions, and you will have access to a computer if you need help submitting the application.  

Safe School Ambassadors: Safe School Ambassadors will be having our first meeting of the new year at lunch on Wednesday, January 23rd in the MPR. Please bring your food with you and come as soon as possible so we can get started right away.  Thank you again for all you do on our campus!

Honor Classes and Advanced Placements: Are there any 8th graders that wish to know more about taking Advanced Placement and Honors classes in high school? Sierra Vista students and their parents are invited to attend Canyon high schools AP and Honors informational meeting on Wednesday, January 23rd at 6:30 PM in the Canyon high school library. Canyon has over 20 different AP classes for students. Please come to the meeting to learn more about the benefits and requirements of the AP program.
