A local family wants to be reunited with their dog after a woman who they say claimed to have found him refused to give him back. The woman, who identified herself only as Stephanie, called the family on a restricted number that they can’t trace. As long as her identity remains a mystery, all they can do is wait and hope that someone will come forward with more information.
