On this episode of Five Minute Foodie, we visit Salt Creek Grille, a mainstay in the Santa Clarita Valley that’s been bringing their unique combination of friendly fine dining to Santa Clarita for over 20 years.
We had the opportunity to sit down with Owner and Proprietor Greg Amsler and learn about how he became involved in Salt Creek Grille, which was founded in Dana Point, CA. We discussed the history of Salt Creek Grille as well as the story of how it became part of the Westfield Valencia Town Center over 20 years ago.
We also saw how Chef Ignacio Muñoz prepares four of Salt Creek Grille’s iconic menu items and we had the opportunity to taste the four dishes.
