Shaquille O’Neal dropped by his Big Chicken restaurant in Valencia on Saturday, Aug. 5 to surprise fans with a meet-and-greet. Fans lined up throughout the shopping center for a chance to meet the NBA hall of famer and get a quick selfie with O’Neal.

Valencia Big Chicken owners Andy and Christina Giti were grateful to the community for the support and say they plan on expanding Big Chicken into the Sa Fernando Valley soon. The Valencia location is the second in L.A. County and will celebrate its first anniversary in October.

“I just want to say I love you,” said O’Neal addressing the Santa Clarita community, “come out to Big Chicken, I appreciate you and I’ll see you soon.”
