SCV Water Board members and city dignitaries gathered at the top of Central Park to celebrate the renaming of its treatment plant in honor of late SCV Water Board Member Jerry Gladbach; the treatment plant was fitted with a new plaque out front dedicated to Jerry. His passion and dedication to help the community and water board didn’t go unnoticed. Gladbach received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
