Santa Clarita Symphony Orchestra Board President J.R. Hills and their Executive Director Tyler Harper give an update on the new concerts, opportunities, and more that are coming up for the orchestra and its musicians.

One of those concerts will highlight three youth orchestra members, who were the winners of the 2024 Youth Concerto Competition. Each musician will perform their winning pieces during the “Young Stars & Old Masters” concert on October 13 at the Canyon High School Performing Arts Center.

But that’s not all that’s in store for the 2024-25 season! There are plenty of concerts in the works for the upcoming season, including a special Broadway program and a holiday concert.

The Santa Clarita Symphony Orchestra aims to to provide high-quality opportunities to instrumentalists and performers, with the aim of enhancing the musical fabric in Santa Clarita and promoting the importance of the arts.
