Get a behind-the-scenes look at “SCVTV’s Community Corner’s” CTE TV Experience student crew and hear from their teacher, Saugus High School’s Wade Williams, who shares why the CTE TV Experience program is vital to giving students hands-on experience.

The College & Career Readiness program at the William S. Hart Union High School District aims to prepare students with employable skills for the “careers of tomorrow”.

The Career Technical Education Pathways expand upon this and offer students work-based learning opportunities in a variety of fields.

CTE TV Experience pathway is designed to give students hands-on experience in the television, film, and media industry. These students are able to move forward with valuable experience that can help them reach their goals in the industry.

TV Experience students crew “SCVTV’s Community Corner” for 10 weeks, learning a variety of different positions such as audio, camera, technical directing, and even marketing and social media content creating.
