On “This Week in Santa Clarita,” we get a sneak preview of what is the final phase of Central Park’s expansion – the River of Lights – an exciting new art display that will illuminate the path along the park’s plaza and the hugely popular 172-step staircase.

Once completed, the project, which includes informational displays and a stunning cloud sculpture by artist Sujin Lim, will blend education, art and public space to create a dynamic place for the community to gather.
