Are you ready to make a difference and leave a lasting impact in your community? In this segment of SCVTV’s Community Corner, Lindsay Schmandt, Project Technician for the city of Santa Clarita, shares all the valuable information you’ll need to get involved and register for the Neighborhood Cleanup Event, an annual event where the community comes together to help beautify the City.

This year’s cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2025, in honor of Earth Day.

Volunteers are required to pre-register online before the event by visiting GreenSantaClarita.com.

Free cleaning supplies will be available at three drive-thru locations, which residents can choose during the registration process:

1) Newhall Community Center: 22421 Market Street

2) Canyon Country Park: 17615 Soledad Canyon Road

3) The Centre Lower Parking Lot off of Aquatic Center Drive: 20850 Centre Pointe Pkwy
