The Santa Clarita Man and Woman of the Year organization presents their 2025 Man of the Year recipient, Josh Rivas.

For over a decade, Josh Rivas has been a cornerstone of SIGSCV, tirelessly dedicating himself to its growth and success. A natural leader, Josh has embraced multiple leadership roles, leaving a lasting impact on the club and the community. His passion for supporting meaningful causes is unmatched—if there’s a need, Josh is there, whether he’s offering his time or stepping up to lead a mission.

Despite managing his own successful business and having been a full-time caregiver to his quadriplegic grandmother for 18 years, Josh has consistently gone above and beyond. He’s chaired the Wine Affair four times and the Fashion Show twice, and during the pandemic, he innovatively orchestrated a socially distanced event—the only gathering of 2020. His efforts have directly contributed to raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for the organization.

As the first male member of SIGSCV, Josh has helped shape the club into what it is today. Now serving as the Director of Public Awareness, he continues to drive our mission forward and is already planning his run for president in 2026. Josh’s dedication, compassion, and leadership make him an invaluable member of our community, and it’s clear that his influence will be felt for years to come.
