Nonprofit/PSA | See How ‘Save A Kitty’ Is Giving Forgotten Cats a Second Chance
|
Save A Kitty Inc. has been rescuing Los Angeles County’s most vulnerable cats since 2004, including elderly, injured, feral, and FIV-positive cats, giving them a second chance at life in a sanctuary funded entirely by donations. Founded by Deborah Eskow, Save a Kitty is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fills the gap between adoption and fostering by housing over 70 cats of various ages. Deborah shares the motivation behind her dream sanctuary, highlights the importance of spaying and neutering, and introduces some of the cats currently available for adoption. In addition to running the sanctuary, Deborah and her team support the feline fostering community by responding to calls and helping connect homeless litters with foster homes.
