Who doesn’t love a basket of goodies and a tiara? Co-hosts Dave Caldwell and Carrie Lujan kick things off with a special recognition to the Agua Dulce Women’s Club. The nonprofit organization recently held its annual Agua Dulce Fair and Parade, which also doubles as a parade with a purpose. The Club graciously delivered a basket of sweets and savory treats to the studio as a thank you to SCVTV for raising awareness about the event and the mission of the club.

And equipped with a brand new camera in the control room, we get a fun glimpse into the inner workings of the studio. The room was packed with students in the William S. Hart Union High School District’s Career and College Readiness Program. The students assist with crewing SCVTV’s Community Corner while still in school. This particular program is just one of the many Career Technical Education pathways that offers real-world, hands-on experience in television production.
