Local veterans organizations are gearing up to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Army, Navy and Marine Corps. at “Commitment to Freedom,” scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 4, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center.

R.J. Kelly, vice president of Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 355 and Juan Blanco, president of Coffee 4 Vets, invite the community to the dinner fundraiser where proceeds will benefit the Veterans Relief Fund.

The cost is $100 per ticket and will include interactive displays and exhibits.
