NOTE: Since the taping of the episode, we’re happy to announce Mermista has been adopted!

In this fun segment of SCVTV’s Community Corner, Paul Martinsen, longtime volunteer with the Castaic Animal Care Center, brought along Mermista, an absolutely ‘paw’some pup who is looking for a forever home.

Mermista is an eight month old German Shepherd / Labrador mix who was brought in as a stray. He knows how to shake paw, sit and takes his treats ever-so-gently. He’s great with other dogs, walks well on a leash and is extremely playful. He would make an amazing addition to an active family!
